Course prices and any applicable fees are displayed at checkout in your selected currency (or the default currency shown). You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including any applicable taxes or required charges.

• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees.
• Payment processors: Your payment may be handled by third-party processors, subject to their terms and privacy policies.
• Failed payments: We may suspend access until payment is successfully processed.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the course content was accessed. Access may be measured by lesson completion, video watch progress, downloads, or comparable engagement signals.

6.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your order details and the email used for purchase. If eligible, we will process the refund to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6.2 Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after the 7-day window.
• Access of 20% or more of the course content.
• Purchases made through third-party marketplaces (their refund policy applies).
• Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted instead of contacting support first may result in account restrictions.

7. Disclaimers

SweetCraft Academy provides educational information and training. While we strive for accuracy and quality, the site and content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• Results vary based on skill, practice, tools, ingredients, and adherence to instructions.

8. Limitation of Liability
